You can use abortion pills at our Medical Practice or in the Comfort of their Own home. Medical abortion is done from 1 -12 weeks. It has no Side effect and between 20-45 min you will gate your periods.

Patients may choose from several methods of anesthesia, including general (asleep), twilight (conscious or awake sedation), and local (awake). For general anesthesia, we utilize very short acting anesthetic agents, which are carefully given at an individualized dose depending on the patient’s weight, response, and length of the procedure. A certified nurse anesthetist administers all anesthesia and is present during all phases of the procedure. Patients are monitored continuously for pulse oximetry, blood pressure, and pulse during the anesthesia, and until she awakens fully from the anesthesia. As an important safety measure, resuscitation equipment is readily available at all time.

5]Ectopic Pregnancy

An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that occurs outside the uterus, usually within the Fallopian tube. It is a life-threatening condition to the mother and the fetus cannot survive this condition. The developing cells must be removed to save the mother’s life. This is an emergency condition and you must seek medical help immediately and may require an ectopic pregnancy surgery.

[6]VACUUM ASPIRATION.

There are two methods of vacuum aspiration (also called suction aspiration):

Manual vacuum. This procedure can be used around 5 to 12 weeks after the last menstrual period (early first trimester). It involves the use of a specially designed syringe to apply suction. This method is not available everywhere. But it may be more available than machine aspiration in some geographic areas.

Machine vacuum. This procedure is a common method used in the first 5 to 12 weeks (first trimester) of pregnancy. Machine vacuum aspiration involves the use of a thin tube (annular) that is attached by tubing to a bottle and a pump, which provides a gentle vacuum. The annular is passed into the uterus, the pump is turned on, and the tissue is gently removed from the uterus.
